Jeremy Scott Fall 2015 RTW Runway

When coming up with the idea for this collection Jeremy Scott was thinking about dolls "loved and cherished dolls.…You play with them, you cut their hair, you paint on themScott explained. This explains the bright colored paint on the wigs that each model wore. The collection was full of Peter Pan collars, Empire waists, bibs, ruffled sleeves and bright eyeshadow. WWD defined the collection and the print throughout the collection as "a psychedelic 'nursery rhyme'." Scott collaborated with artist Rosson Crow on the final looks. They were three dresses that were painted on canvas. Scott described them as art pieces.

This collection reminds me of childhood dolls, toys, games and clothes. I really enjoy the colors and patterns of each garment. This collection really brings a smile to my face. It is so bold, unique and reminds me of my old Raggedy Ann doll that I use to play with. Jeremy Scott always puts on an amazing show and I always look forward to them. Personally I don't think I could wear the look straight from the runway. It might be to much color for my personal style and taste but I love the idea of taking different pieces and mixing and matching.
Below are some of my favorite looks from the collection, Enjoy!
