Slighty Obsessed with Monogram- December 10, 2013

One might say I am obsessed with monogram, and that's okay! I bought my monogramed scarf from a website called Marley Lilly (I will link their site below) you get to choose from so many color choices of scarfs and thread. Marley Lilly is an amazing site that has many items that you get to monogram and their customer service is incredible as well! Recently I ordered my moms birthday present from Marley Lilly. I bought her a monogramed pashmina and scarf and she loves them!

I am wearing my Michael Kors trench coat, a simple pair of jeans, Hunter rain boots, fingerless gloves, and of course my Marley Lilly scarf!

Chanel Spring 2014

Here is a quick post on some of my favorite looks from the Chanel 2014 Paris Fashion Week Runway show!
I love this look because it is very angular with the skirt and tops box like shape. Black and white is always classic and I love how in the spring the trend is usually pastel pinks and greens but here it is showing how you can still wear dark clothes in the spring and still be trendy. This is very fashion toward.

I'm really not one for having a lot of color in my wardrobe but I think the subtle colors in this look are super cute and has enough color for spring yet it still has dark colors- which I absolutely adore.

I am all about layering and this look is so unique because it is layering a oversized white blazer over what it seems to be a black lace dress. There are so many different textures in this look and they all come together to look effortlessly sleek.

This last look is something I can totally see myself in. This dress is so simple, classic, and flowy- I die. The pattern on the top half is unexpected with the black dress. I also like what it looks like to be fraying on the bottom of the dress.

These are just some of my favorite looks from the Chanel Spring 2014 Show. All the looks were absolutely gorgeous and I would like to say congratulations to Karl Largerfeld on a fabulous show!

Marie Claire @ Play Sept. 2013 Inspired Look

To me the most wonderful time of the year is when all my favorite fashion magazines September issues hit the stands. As I was reading through my magazines a spread in Marie Claire's @ Play caught my eye.

From Marie Claire @ Play September 2013

This spread inspired me and got me really thinking. To me this was an idea of pairing just about everything you wouldn't think of wearing with a sport jersey. I am not what you would call a sporty girl but I do have some favorite teams that I would like to support by wearing their jerseys and gear. This whole concept is very fashion forward and I decided to recreate this look myself.
Below are some pictures of me in my creation.

To create this look I wore my Baltimore Orioles jersey, and a pair of black leggings. I decided to keep this sporty, yet fashion forward I paired my Michael Kors Nikko high-top sneakers. Lastly to accessorize I wore my Michael Kors Sunglasses and my Michael Kors Silver Blair watch.
Go O's!

My Style- May 10,2013

Hello Gorgous! TGIF! Today was very nice out after a whole week of rain.
I decided to take advantage of the beautiful weather and choose to wear a maxi skirt from Brandy Melville, a t-shirt that says "There's No Crying in Fashion", a pair of Steve Madden sandels and a light wash ombre jean jacket. Let me just say that I LOVE maxi skirts and dresses. They are extremly confortable, fashionable, cute and super fun to style because there are many ways to wear them.

My Style- May 6, 2013

Hello friends! While putting this outfit together monday morning I was having a lot of fun.. why? you may ask. Well the secret to this outfit is that my "maxi skirt" is really a dress? What?! I know, so cool right. I did this because it helps to create diversity and allows me to wear this dress as a skirt as well. This can be achived with any maxi skirt by just simply adding a loose t-shirt or tank. It is very simple and very cute.

I choose to put on a white cropped Beastie Boys t-shirt on over the maxi dress. "Brass monkey that funky monkey."

Next I decided the outfit needed one more thing... a jacket! This olive jacket worked perfectly.

As I was putting this outfit together I felt that it was a little edgey so I decided to wear some black combat boots to complete my outfit.
